2024 Season Rates: Non-Holiday Rates:

Tent Nightly = $30.00 (Holiday Rates: $50.00 per night - call for dates).	Limit 7 Nights - Boat Docking Not Available
RV Nightly = Sunday-Thursday $40.00 per Night Friday & Saturday $50.00 per Night	Limit 7 Nights - Boat Docking Not Available
RV Weekly (7 Nights) = $245.00 ($300.00 Including Holiday)	7 Nights - Boat Docking $10.00 per Night
RV Monthly = $900	30 Nights - Boat Docking $200.00

RV Seasonal = $2,379.00 - $2,745.00 per season. Call for additional information. Monthly Electric billings per usage. Boat Docking Fee Extra.

Guest Fee = $10 per vehicle daily, limit 2 vehicle per site, parking pass required. Visiting Hours 10AM-10PM. Overnight guest $20.00 per night

Off Season Storage Fee Extra. Pets MUST be kept on a leash.

HOLIDAY(S) 3 Night stay required.

Our mobile home park managers are professionals who have a wide variety of duties related to the park, its residents, and potential residents. They have extensive experience in managing multiple unit communities. Among other responsibilities they hire contractors, manage construction crews, collect rent and and deal with resident issues
